Training Opportunities

CCFH offers brief or ongoing training for clinical and community-based practice to fit  learning objectives. Training sessions are arranged via videoconferencing or at the requesting organization’s location in the U.S. and internationally. Trainees gain systemic practice knowledge and skills in our strengths-based, resilience-oriented, collaborative approach. Programs may combine topics and presenters or may focus on an area of specialization.

Our programs are designed for the development of healthcare, mental health, social service, and pastoral professionals across disciplines, as well as allied professionals, such as family attorneys.

Case Consultation and Coaching  

CCFH offers case consultation and coaching for individuals and for groups – clinical colleagues, trainees, and community-based agencies -- via videoconferencing.  Our resilience-building approach enables practitioners to gain expertise in providing effective intervention with a broad diversity of client populations, concerns, and social contexts.

Research-informed practice principles guide our resilience-oriented, collaborative, systemic approach with challenging situations to foster healing and adaptation; repair and strengthens relational bonds; and encourage positive growth. The group format is ideal for interactive learning and application in ongoing therapeutic work, in video supervision/team sessions, and in organizational system consultation.
